Fern Trail came as a benefit to our Cumberland closing in that the sellers of Cumberland were looking to move. They wanted views and a little more modern, and we found it. Just over 3,000 square feet, this home was built in 2017 and is a stunning modern home. The views are endless and the finishes well done.
The buyers fell in love with this home quickly and, commonly in this hot market, the home went into escrow before they could make an offer. We decided to make a backup offer and only a week later, the listing agents called us and offered us the home. We were all excited to open escrow. Handling both their sale and purchase simultaneously made the transactions quick and easy, and although our clients felt a bit disorganized as emails and documents hit them from all angles, we and our escrow specialist, May, comforted them and calmed what could have been a very challenging time.
We just handed the keys to our buyers and they were ecstatic and couldn’t wait to make it their own, setting up meetings with our Audio Visual guys, a few landscape designers and they can’t wait to finish their new pool overlooking all of Calabasas and the Valley.
