This home was special. It is a traditional Spanish-style home with all the arches and textures that tell its story. The view from the backyard is spectacular. Our seller wanted a certain price and we took the challenge. Listing a home higher than the market is not always suggested, especially if you need to sell now. If we weren’t challenged enough, our seller did not want us to stage the home. After a short time, we did our thing, we used our own staging company to show potential buyers just what the home could look like with some decoration. And it worked! Staging absolutely sells a home! Great communication, strong negotiation, and simple organization are what closed this one. We are going to miss this home but had a little fun on the way out and created a Halloween-themed goodbye.
