My name is Kevin Lopez-Portoghesi, and I bring a lifelong connection to real estate, deep local knowledge, and a strong financial foundation to every client relationship. I earned my degree in Finance from the University of Oregon, where I developed a strong understanding of market analysis, investment strategy, and the financial fundamentals behind smart real estate decisions. In addition, I have hands-on experience in property management, providing practical knowledge of ownership, tenant relations, and long-term asset performance. Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a family deeply involved in real estate development, contracting, and property management, which has given me a well-rounded perspective of the industry from the ground up.
