Meet Holly Hatch

Holly Hatch has been representing buyers and sellers in real estate since 1999. Specializing in residential new construction, land, equestrian properties, and commercial and residential leases, she is committed to making her clients’ dreams a reality.

 

Holly began her real estate career representing clients in the Bay Area before relocating to Los Angeles in 2012. An excellent listener, she takes the time to assess her client’s needs and build an honest rapport, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and in control throughout every step of a transaction. Affectionately known as the “MidCentury Modern Queen,” Holly has a passion for architecturally significant properties and has represented several in her nearly 20-year career. Equipped with extensive knowledge of the properties, schools, and amenities in each of L.A.’s distinctive neighborhoods, Holly serves as an invaluable guide. Her knowledge of the latest technology ensures her clients’ listings garner maximum exposure, while her unwavering, white-glove service means buyers always receive her undivided attention and find the best homes to fit their needs.

 

In her time outside of real estate, Holly enjoys spending time with her three children, writing, cooking, hiking, traveling, and going to the beach. She runs an important Facebook outreach page to support victims of domestic violence and supports and volunteers with Calabasas High School’s sports teams.
